It's been 9:30 i am so hungry so i called up those guys to know the status they told me "it's been already dispatched and it will reach me in ten minutes" ,fine it's just 30 minutes late and it is very much acceptable.They even said their manager (or some designation i didn't remember) will call me in five minutes.
I didn't received the order or the call until 10:00 so i really got pissed off so i called up that guy and told (very rude) "Even if your man turns up now,i am not going to pay for it" then i just went out to get something to eat by cursing the Pizza Hut service.
At 10:30 the man turned up and handed over the bill.I told him "i am not going to pay for this talk to your manager" he spoke with him and he said sorry for what happened,he handed over the Pizza for FREE.I was surprised actually i would have rejected the offer but still feeling hungry so took it and said thanks
.They didn't promise me anything like "Domino's" claiming that if it didn't reach you by 30 minutes it's FREE but still they care
Now the Pizza Hut is eligible to take one more order from me
